Before Your Visit
How do I book?
Casual bathhouse sessions can be reserved by clicking the Book button or by downloading our booking app Momence. This is quick and easy to set up, however please contact us at admin@naiabalneum.com.au if you would like some assistance. If you are a member of Naia Balneum, please book via the app or feel free to contact us to reserve your spot or see us in store.
What should I bring?
Bathhouse – you will need to bring your swimwear, and wet bag to place your swimwear in after your session. We have you covered for the rest.
Do we accept group bookings?
Yes — please contact us at admin@naiabalneum.com.au to arrange a group booking.
Do I have to have a membership to visit Naia Balneum?
Whilst we highly recommend becoming a member at Naia Balneum to reap the rewards of regular visits, you may also book a casual bathhouse session.
Are there age restrictions at Naia Balneum?
We are happy to welcome those aged between 16–18, however they will need to be accompanied by an adult. 18 and over may enjoy the facilities unaccompanied.
Do you accept walk in bookings?
Yes absolutely, however we recommend booking ahead of time to ensure availability. Please feel free to contact us at admin@naiabalnuem.com.au to confirm available session times.
Where are we located and is there parking?
We are located at 8/141 Ingham Road, West End. There is parking directly outside but limited whilst other business nearby are open, we have street parking that requires a short walk along Ingham Road if it is peak hour in the car park.
Can I visit while pregnant?
We do not encourage expecting mothers to increase or decrease their core body temperature dramatically by using the heated and cooled bathhouse facilities. We recommend all expectant mothers to seek clearance from their GP before booking.
What is Naia Balneum?
Naia Balneum is a modern bathhouse offering contrast therapy, heat and cold immersion, a tranquil space designed to help to reset your body and mind. Our focus is on calm, communal, earthy wellness.
How long are sessions?
Offerings are 60 and 90 minute sessions, extended sessions or private groups may be booked depending on availability and by contacting admin@naiabalnuem.com.au,
Is Naia Balneum suitable for beginners?
Absolutely, our space is designed for all experience levels. Our team is there to assist with any questions you may have upon arrival.
Are phones allowed?
To honour the calm, restorative nature of the space, we encourage minimal phone use. Please keep devices on silent and avoid photography to respect others. Private bookings can be optional for phone usage if content or for the experiences of the facilities within your group.
